Membership Cancellation Process
The most effective way to cancel your membership is in person with a service representative at the member desk. That person will collect all relevant information and forward it to the account staff. If you cannot get to a club, you can contact the Member Experience Department at 1-800-387-2524 or email email@example.com. In all of your correspondence, list your name and membership number, the reason for cancelling, and provide written proof of your situation.
Freezing or suspending your membership with Goodlife Fitness does not seem to be an option. Also, there is no online form to complete.
